FINALLY, we’re open

This happened in June 2013, after 10 months of renovations, and various inspections and being burgled once finally we can operate the business. Mind you all this happened about 4 months late and at the quietest time of year, northern school holidays with many folks heading home for the summer…….

It’s a great feeling being able to open the shop, a bit slow to being with but we’re now picking up and getting busier. It’s not all Beef steaks, Lamb chops n pork roasts, we’re getting bacon cured and smoked, developing our range of premium sausages and lotsa goodies to come in the future.
