One month in

Very promising comments from all customers that have been in the shop and although I’m alone at this point we’re getting it together.

The list of products is getting longer with us smoking our own bacon, a few attempts but the curing and process is now sorted, and we’ll start fresh sausages once the casings and spices arrive, this will be fun! Haven’t made sausages for about 6 years, am sure I haven’t lost the art, at least I hope not. We will see :)
