Being traditionally trained in the art of butchery and charcuiterie, our aim is to bring the art of butchery, at its best to Bangkok. Two very simple things make a great butcher, firstly having a great mentor and secondly having an attitude to learn, explore and apply the learnings as all great practitioners of the arts do. This also translates to the product we offer and where we source those products taking into account the critical steps that result in having a great product (environment & welfare of produce, handling, cold chain management to name a few).
